Nursing Applicants
In addition to the procedures for High School, Adult, and Transfer Students, Nursing applicants also are required to:
- Take an enterance exam and complete an essay and a personal interview
- Provide written consent to conduct a criminal history background check prior to registration
- Undergo a physical assessment by a licensed physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant and submit the assessment prior to enrolling in clinical courses
- Provide immunization and communicable disease history which meets requirements of affiliating agencies and New Jersey regulations

The Admissions Office at Dover Business College is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
